Plastic Production

APM's production capabilities include seventeen injection molding machines ranging in size and capacity from 2.7 oz - 55 ton to 55 oz - 400 ton. This gives us the ability to meet your molding needs from the largest to the smallest plastic part.

We are capable of molding almost any thermoplastic except PVC. This capability includes plastics that contain the various fillers needed to give your products special properties.

All of our molding machines are computer monitored at five different locations throughout the plant. This assures optimum quality and productivity.

Our plastics department operates 24 hours per day, up to five days per week, standard, and seven days per week when required in order to assure your on-time delivery. We can even schedule multiple monthly deliveries for your "just in time" production needs.
