High quality molds and mold maintenance are the key to our success with our customers.

Approximately 75% of all molds are built in APM's own complete tool shop by a highly trained staff of toolmakers. There is over a century of tool making experience in the combined careers of our toolmakers and their supervisor.

In order to facilitate our skilled staff of toolmakers, we have over twenty six machines in our tool shop, including conventional and digital read out, EDM and CAD/CAM systems. 

We can mold large or small parts from virtually all thermal plastics except PVC, regardless of grade, including glass or carbon-filled grades and resins. Since our Mold Machines are all computer monitored we are able to maintain high-speed quality production to consistently meet our clients on-time and just-in-time delivery requirements.
