All-Plastics Announces Change in leadership

ADDISON, TX—All-Plastics, Inc., a quality driven plastics manufacturer, announced a transition in leadership earlier this month after longtime forerunner, Larry Byrd, announced his retirement.
Larry Byrd, a Registered Texas Professional Engineer, has been leading the company as President since September of 1974. Byrd is a 1957 graduate of Texas Tech University and a former United States Air Force Captain. As President of All-Plastics Molding, Byrd’s main focus was providing customer satisfaction by leading his team to high quality standards and manufacturing excellence.
With large shoes to fill, All-Plastics introduced employees to their new leader, Thomas Houdeshell, on February 4, 2013.
Tom Houdeshell, a seasoned plastics manufacturer, brings over 25 years of leadership in the plastics manufacturing industry. He is an expert at implementing lean manufacturing and dedicated to workforce improvements. His involvement includes all aspects of the business from Quality Assurance Management, Engineering Management, Production Management, to Sales Management.
His main focus as President is to continuously improve customer relationships by providing total solutions through production, quality, supply chain management, intense workforce training and engineering.

ATEK was ranked in the top 2% of all plastic processors in North America by Plante Moran’s North American Plastics Industry Study in 2010. ATEK was a 2010 finalist for the Society of Plastics Industry/ Plastics News nationally recognized Processor of the Year.
