All-Plastics Invests in Customer Relationships

All-Plastics, a Texas manufacturer known for high precision plastic componentry, purchased additional CNC equipment and added additional technical staff to support rapid growth in machining operations for the Food & Beverage Market.

The Company reported back in 2017 a 1,135% increase in manufacturing of Food and Beverage componentry. Since then the Company has continued to grow this market and will see an additional 75% growth with the addition of capacity available for plastic machining.

All-Plastics added a Haas VF5 Taper CNC machine to support their full-service tool room operations, specifically in plastic machining secondary operations. The Company has also added additional technical CNC staff to support running their CNC equipment on off shifts to meet the customers demand. The robust best-in-class equipment and can also be utilized for mold maintenance, engineering changes and mold building, which the Company provides to their customers as value add.

Other equipment investments the Company has made this year include a Roboshot injection molding machine, 3D printer, two sonic welders, four high speed robots and other support manufacturing equipment.
